  • All prices are listed in EUR  and include VAT where applicable

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud

  • Payment must be completed before an order is shipped

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs delays or duties for international orders

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned

Customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened products, in accordance with EU consumer law.
